Added Features:
- Split writing up into a writer and a serializer to the writer can write other things besides CSV files.
Bugs Fixed:
- Added missing WriteHeader methods to ICsvWriter that were already in CsvWriter.
- Fixed NuGet package for WP8.
- Fixed issue where a commented row on the last line that doesn't have a newline will return the commented row.
- TryGetField will not throw MissingFieldException.
- Fixed NullReferenceException that was thrown when using reference maps and a reference was null.
